I had an awesome experience here, everything was great, the location was WONDERFUL adjacent to Central Station and CBD as well as public transport and ferries. Friendly and excellant staff gave advice on things to do. I really enjoyed this, haven't been in a better hotel.

I absolutely loved the stylish and elegant decoration of the apartment. The interiors were stunning and made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious place. The general areas of the hotel were well-kept and had a beautiful view of the city. As a senior woman, I found the hotel very accessible with easy access to the main beach, Bondi Beach village, and the weekend markets. It was perfect for someone like me who enjoys being in a lively and vibrant area.

I would have appreciated if there were more staff available to assist senior guests. Sometimes the children working there seemed overwhelmed and could have used some extra help to make the vacation experience even better.

The apartment was a vegan-friendly haven, with modern kitchen facilities and plenty of cooking space. It felt like a home away from home.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from Central Station and various bus lines. I loved being able to easily explore the city and catch public transportation to all the major attractions. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, from glassware to cutlery, and even a selection of good knives. The added bonus of a dishwasher and a washing machine with a dryer made my stay even more comfortable. The hotel also provided great amenities such as a decent hair dryer and free toiletries. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I gotta say, my stay at the Botanik Apartment Hotel was worth every penny. The room was top-notch, and everything was well-organized. Plus, the location was super convenient, being so close to Central Station. The staff were on the ball and quick to help when we needed them. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around the city. the kitchen was well-equipped and the balcony was a nice touch. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

The bathroom fan was quite loud and desperately needed servicing.

I always choose this place, never regret it. Staff returned my shower bag when I forgot it. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, laundry, flat-screen TV, lift, dryer, electric kettle. Coming back for Easter.

Good location and clean apartment. The apartment was conveniently located near the center of the city and was kept clean throughout my stay. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the availability of on-site parking. It was great to have these amenities during my city trip.

Noisy and Poor Customer Service.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place! The location had everything I needed plus a high-end fit out. It's fantastic for getting to Central station, which gets you to everywhere you need to go. The check-out kiosk facility made my departure hassle-free. The staff outside the control of the owner were very helpful and made sure I had a great time. I felt very safe walking around this venue.
